Co-Sponsored Seminars
We are happy to arrange co-sponsored seminars.
BENEFITS:
This type of arrangement has a number of benefits:
- Revenue generating programs for facilities
- Continuing education programs for staff at reduced cost
- Opportunity to select from previously developed courses, or have us develop courses to meet the needs of your facility
DETAILS:
Generally the institution co-sponsoring the seminar provides the following:
- Meeting room
- Registration Table Assistants (2) for day 1 and (1) for day two
- Food for participants (continental breakfast, lunch, breaks)
- Internal and local marketing of the seminar
- Audio-visual equipment
In return, the co-sponsoring institution receives the following:
- 10 free registrations to the seminar
Vision Education Seminars provides the following:
- Speaker
- All expenses of speaker
- Marketing
- Handouts
Vision Education Seminars receives all revenue for registered participants
The above represents the most common approach. Other arrangements can be negotiated.
